Baking! Ze French way...

I made a quatre-quart cake today. It was amazing! It was so good, my annoying brothers finished it before I could.

It is called a quatre-quart (four quarters) because each ingredient for it is one quarter of the complete list. You have to start with the tricky one for the weight, the eggs! First you weigh the eggs (ours were 241 grams) then you add the same quantity of flour, butter and sugar, with a tiny bit of vanilla (I prefer Vanilla to lemon, especially for a first one)
