Gardening time!

We tried to grow some avocado plants, from the stone inside the avocado. That didn’t work out too well. I think it’s because the cats (Bone & Idle) were pushing the avocado stones off the sticks and drinking the water. It didn’t work. I did plant a few things with my mum though. We now have rhubarb growing in the garden (even though the cats are trying hard to turf it all out!)

The figs are growing really well. The pears too. The black currants might have died. The grapes are doing good (distillation to make wine for mummy might come in handy now!)

The raspberries are touch and go at the moment! Time will tell...
