Watched a little bit of horrible histories over lunch and that was a BAAAD move... between the explanation of castle attacks climbing through the toilets (yuk!) and some of the food the Tudors used to eat... that's enough to put anyone off their meal!
Then there is the head of Walter Raleigh! His wife kept it (after he died!!!) and used to have it sitting at the dinner table when she had guests!!! That must have smelt awful... Double-yuk!

Nice work Elliot .. I like the style of the website and the amusing stories . Looks like you are dealing well with the lock down but I guess it would be nice to meet someone new once in a while .. That's crazy about Sir Walter Raleigh.. I never knew that .. but I do know that when he came to my country Ireland in the 16th century, he led the party that beheaded some 600 Spanish and Italian soldiers ! so it serves him right that his head ended up at the table :)
